Architects, designers poised to transform two-acre Turtle Creek estate!

With summer in the rearview mirror and fall less than a week away, most of us have settled back into our regular routines. Not so for the 25 designers selected to participate in this year’s much-anticipated Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas. From now until the Oct. 25 opening, members of this mega-talented group are going to be in overdrive.

The annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is set for October 25 to November 13 at 2999 Turtle Creek Blvd. Though not in our neighborhood, this year’s designer lineup features Preston Hollow neighbor Eddie Maestri of Maestri Studios.

Let Design Fever Begin!

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House has announced this year’s lineup of 25 celebrated designers and architects who will transform the 2-acre estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Blvd. 

The French Renaissance-style mansion will be totally transformed by this talented design team.

Once intended to become Dallas' first Mandarin Oriental hotel, the property sits between the historic Rosewood Mansion and the planned Four Seasons Hotel & Residences. Opening Oct. 25, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House will showcase the work of noted interior designers while benefitting nonprofits.

This fall, designers will embark on transforming this impressive property at the anticipated design event.

This fall, the chic set, and the action turns once again to the Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Dallas. 

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House is returning to Dallas for its fifth year. This year’s event will be held at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard, a landmark address that befits this significant anniversary.
