Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas has announced the 25  celebrated designers and architects who will transform the Show House at 5138 Deloache Avenue in Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood.

Since 1973, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has garnered some of the biggest names across the industry in support of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. Come fall, the show house is set to return to Texas for a second year in a row, taking place at a stunning Georgian estate in North Dallas. 

Designers will work together to transform an Old Preston Hollow home, and tours will be open to the public for a month.

The buzzy charity event just announced this year's location, a palatial Georgian home that will be reimagined by top Dallas designers this fall.
