The Kips Bay Decorator Show House, the nation’s premier design event presented by the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, expanded to Palm Beach in 2017 and has since become a highly anticipated annual showcase of design excellence and philanthropy.

In February 2026, the Palm Beach edition celebrated its ninth successful Show House, welcoming thousands of visitors and marking its largest and most highly attended event to date. Proceeds from the Show House support both the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.

Building on the success of previous years, the 2026 Show House introduced an exciting milestone for the event. For the first time ever, the Palm Beach Show House spanned two remarkable properties on North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, offering guests an expanded and immersive design experience.

​

The showcase was anchored by 3410 North Flagler Drive, an exceptional waterfront residence known as The Intracoastal House, complemented by a second residence directly across the street, The Palm Cottage. Together, the two homes were transformed by a distinguished roster of leading interior designers, each reimagining individual spaces to create a dynamic and inspiring presentation that highlighted both grand waterfront living and intimate residential design.

Since its inception nearly five decades ago, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised significant funds to support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s mission of providing essential educational and developmental programs for young people in New York City. The Palm Beach edition continues this legacy while extending its impact to the local community, ensuring that children throughout Palm Beach County have access to the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Looking ahead, the 10th Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach will return in February 2027, continuing its tradition of innovation, inspiration, and meaningful impact.
