Tanner attended the University of Kentucky College of Design and has a diverse background in marketing, sales, jewelry, culture creation, team training, small business development, and brand management. 

Jennifer came to Northeast Ohio by way of New York City. After graduating from SUNY Buffalo with a major in Fine Art with a concentration in painting and a minor in Art History, Jennifer took a job at Sotheby’s NYC where she supported a special sale within the Collectibles department before moving into Books and Manuscripts. She spent the next twenty years in NYC exploring all sides of the design industry: working in high-end residential design in both New York and the Hamptons, managing an antiques and bespoke furniture gallery in the heart of the New York Design District, and working in textile, lighting and furniture sales to the trade. Jennifer’s penchant for rich color palettes and her artistic approach to interiors was born from this extensive experience and from her background in fine art. In late 2018, Jennifer relocated from NYC to Shaker Heights where she entered a thriving partnership with Morgan Madison Design.
