4th ANNUAL KIPS BAY DECORATOR SHOW HOUSE DALLAS

In 2020, the internationally recognized Kips Bay Decorator Show House announced its newest satellite show house in Dallas, Texas. The highly esteemed design event has claimed 9446 Hathaway Street, Dallas, TX, 75220 in Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood as its 2023 location. The Show House will be open to the public for two weeks beginning Friday, November 3, 2023. The Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s top fundraiser.

Situated in the heart of Old Preston Hollow, this tasteful and refined classic 5-bedroom house includes 4 living areas on 1.7 acres. The property includes a pool and outdoor living spaces as well as a 3-car garage with built-in storage. This November, the residence will call upon a group of leading interior designers to transform individual rooms before opening to the public for viewing.

For nearly half a century, top interior designers have come together to raise more than $29 million for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club of New York, which provides young people with educational and developmental programs in the city. The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas co-chairs are Jean Liu and Chad Dorsey; Laura Lee Clark and Trish Sheats serve as vice chairs. Jamie Drake, Jan Showers and Veranda Editor in Chief Steele Marcoux are honorary chairs.

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas will benefit two local charities: Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agency dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, another Dallas-based organization whose mission is to aid, support and make contributions to children's charities in Dallas County.
